I've been going to different great clips for most of my life. This one keeps me coming back. The online check in is fantastic. The store is clean and efficient. In terms of stylist, I always request Sarah or Jenny. The others were hit and miss when I first started going to this location a few years ago but these two consistently exceed my expectations.

This is a high volume get-em in and out quick hair salon, aimed at cost conscience and/or time sensitive customers. You don't go here if you want a great haircut, but if you get lucky you can occasionally get a decent haircut. They offer web check in aimed eliminating wait times which is important to some customers, however it is not particularly effective or accurate, so why bother? The business model is good, but in fact it doesn't deliver regularly on its promises. There are many other places to get a haircut that will deliver better value. I am sure the owner will post a response with reasons, apologies, or excuses, however the bottom line is that to run a good long term business you must deliver on what you claim to offer.

I don't usually recommend these kind of places, but Jenny is the best hair stylist there. She does a great job on mine and my boyfriend hair. She listens and recommend what she thinks would be great. I've never had a bad haircut from her. Although, I would avoid these other stylists because they're terrible at cutting hair. I drive from Beaverton to LO just to see her.

Good basic haircut at reasonable price. Great value.

I've been going here for a while and was getting haircuts that were...okay. It's inexpensive here but the quality has never been very good. With that said, my most recent experience was considerably worse. I think the person who cut my hair was new. She didn't introduce herself, simply said some numbers (which were wrong), and proceeded to cut my hair shorter than normal and was very rough with the clippers and cut my neck (I was completely still) when she took it across my neck in one fell swoop. I'll never go back. Actual barbershops do a far better job even if they do cost a bit more and the service is far superior. Stay away, folks.
