I've been to this location about five times. Each time I've asked for a simple mens hair cut, and each time I've received a mediocre hair cut at best. On a few occasions I've had to do some corrections at home. I get that Supercuts is a low price establishment, but their product is consistently lower in quality than it is in value. I've learned my lesson, and won't be using Supercuts ever again.

I have been getting essentially the same haircut at other salons for the past three years. I figured I would try Supercuts for a cheaper option, I showed the woman what I wanted in a photo and the mirror. She spent fifteen minutes on it (including shampooing), her attempt at layering was basically just to cut my hair two different lengths. It looks horrible and I have been too embarrassed to wear my hair down since.

If I could give it a negative star I would. I brought my two young boys in to get haircuts, they are ages 6 and 7. It was about 5:15pm, we didn't get any acknowledgement for the first 5 minutes, shortly after two Caucasian makes walked in and they immediately got a "hello, welcome in". I was patient and waited my turn, after about 2 minutes a young lady came to the counter and asked who was next, I got up and came to the counter and stated I had 2 young boys in need of simple cuts. She went on to explain that "it would be about a 45 minute wait, and they close in 40 minutes"(that was an odd statement). I simply replied with "ok, we'll come back another day". The two gentlemen that came after us proceeded to the counter and as we are walking away the young lady told them we'll be with you in a few minutes. I instantly felt very irritated to hear that, after she had told us it would be a 45 minute wait for us. I felt that her attitude and tone of voice was very different with them and she was obviously much friendlier with the two other gentlemen. I felt discriminated, and needless to say I know have a different view on "super cuts" due to my experience here. All we wanted was a couple simple haircuts!
