I got lucky when I went in last night & they had a spot open for me right away. Emilia did a wonderful job of cutting my hair. A bit more expensive then Great Clips (a lot more expensive than Phagan's), but worth it.

I'm actually surprised to see so many negative reviews. I've maybe had like one less than friendly person cut my hair here before. For the most part I've been satisfied with my cuts from here, also but once. And I've never had a time issue either. In fact I usually get in early to my appointments for the most part, once like a half hour early. I started going here regularly after I quit Perfect Look because my hair got butchered the last time I went in! The chick totally did not listen whatsoever, but I've yet to see that negligence at this place.

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored at MC for years. Kelc is very personable and my hair looks great every time!!!!!

Just got mine and my 7 year olds hair cut. Every time I told her how I wanted her hair done she kept questioning me “well that’s not a little girls hair cut” she had no confidence. when she first showed me The result I asked her to fix it because half of the side was way shorter than the other, second time I asked her to fix it because it was really choppy and there was long strands of hair she kept missing . Third time I asked her to fix it her excuse was “well her hair is really silky and it’s hard to cut little girls hair because of their shoulders and it’s really easy to miss strands” and my hair? Well I don’t wanna get started with that.

I checked in at 2:00pm and was told I could get my cut at 2:30. Two of the girls went to the back so I waited until 3:00 before I checked in again and asked about my cut. I was told, “Oh, no one told me you were waiting for a cut”. My name and number are both on the sign in sheet and I was sitting right outside the store (why are there no seats in the shop?). I was then told she had an appointment at 3:00 and I would have to wait another 45 minutes. Yeah, I don’t think so. Not even an apology. I’ve gotten my hair cut here numerous times and they’ve all been mediocre at best and the service has been just as poor. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
