GREAT JOB TEARA! I’ve taken my son to her numerous times now and he always gets a great haircut. He has 3 cowlicks on his head that if his hair is not cut properly it will stick up everywhere no matter what products we use, then it makes for rough mornings getting ready. I expressed this to her and not once has this happened. I feel like she really listens to what we want and nails it each time. Thank you for making my life easier as a mom! This place is busy so be direct with what you want and if it’s achievable and she will give it to you.

Horrible experience I’ve ever had here. We walked in and asked if we had done the online I said no she processed two people checking out while then ignoring me. Another stylist checked someone out and still never checked us in. We sat there for a bit observing them taking care of everyone else beside us so I said I guess we will go somewhere else. Never ever would I go back here never should you ever ignore clients or customers extremely rude

Well my husband took my son Brandon to get his hair cut.. when he returned home, I was very unhappy with the cut. It was uneven and not the way we requested. I went back in with him around a hour later to get it fixed. The lady that cut his hair was busy thank god.. the other lady came to the counter. I asked if they could fix it because it's horrible. She said yes but the other lady would have to do it. I told her she's the one that messed it up and I did NOT want her to cut it again. She said she's not the one that did it. My son is 6 ,he said yes she did, the lady looked aat him and said no she didn't. Again my son is 6 and knows what is going on, says yes she was .. the lady again looked at him saying very rudely that no it wasn't, to a 6 year old remember that. I said you know has anyone even been in the past 2 hours besides you ..She looked confused and said no ..oh this says this the last time he was here was the 5th..so instread of checking the dates she pretty much calls my 6 year old a liar. I told her my som deserves an apology and she ignored my request!!! We go here normally to get his hair cut, never again until my son himself gets an apology from that specific person!!!!

Like many before me, I would not recommend this location if you're a male looking for a good haircut. They got my cut totally wrong, even though they had notes from previous locations, and I told them it needs more work. They would not accept my coupon and were pretty much kicking me out the door. Not even a week later and it doesn't even look like I got a haircut. Save yourself from trouble don't go to this Great Clips locations, the other ones in town do a much better job.
