I love my stylist, Anne! I've been coming here for many years. She's always on time. She takes time to figure out exactly what style I'm looking for. I've always walked out of the salon very happy with my styles!

This place is great if you want your hair to look like you're in the 90s. We came here for wedding hairstyles and not one person (out of 6) were happy with their hair - and we are really easy going! We each showed the stylists pictures of what we wanted and not one turned out. They weren't complicated styles either. The one lady asked me why I wanted my hair down because it was so difficult to do and I should do an easy up do like my sister, which , by the way, she had to redo (and for reference, I just wanted curls with a little braid across the top - super simple!). My hair turned out to be some half up do with random tight braids and a huge bald spot on one side of my hair so it had to get redone (not by this salon). One girl even ended up leaving with burnt hair. I have had my hair done numerous times at other salons and it's always been great so I was surprised how multiple stylists at one salon could be so terrible at styling hair. They may be good at cutting/dying hair based on previous reviews but they definitely fail at styling. The bride complained the next day and the manager was extremely rude. I was actually quite surprised how someone who is a supposed to be a manager can be so rude. I can say with certainty that I will never step foot in this place again.

I got my hair done yesterday by Ann Smith and she did an amazing job! I left saying it looks amazing, woke up saying to the mirror that I loved my hair. She was extremely in tune with what I wanted and made sure it looked amazing. I also had a pedicure by Michelleen and she did an amzing job as well, she showed so much care and did an amazing job of my feet. I left feeling pampered and there is a renewed positivity in me today. Cant recommend Rick and Co Hair Design enough. All the hair stylists have had a lot of experience prior to working here so everyone is really good at what they do!

I’ve been here multiple times first time was okay second time great conversation but to much to the point the lady was screwing up my hair... This last time is what did a girl named Sara thin and tall didn’t do a bad job at all! But the color wasn’t exactly what I showed her I showed here a golden brown with a slight auburn Tobit and mine was dark brown with blonde strips all I said in a nice way was I’ll have to get it colored again and she flipped.. she was like are you serious, trying to convince me that, that was the color. I told her seriously it’s not that big of a deal and she grabbed another lady WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF HER DOING ANOTHERS GIRLS HAIR to confirm she did mine right.. first off I’m the consumer it’s my head second of all your embarrassing me just to prove your right... absolutely totally unprofessional! The lady walked off leaving me in the chair, again let me repeat I was tottally calm trying to tell her it’s not a big deal.. so I sat in the chair puzzled on what to do after being tottally embarrassed I got up and went to the counter and the lady gave me the price... absolutely horrible
