I just came back from there (mind you I didn't get my hair cut) and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I have curly hair and my mom had called beforehand asking if they could do it (they said they could) so we went up there I got in my chair and I got an older lady. She was very rude and judgmental looking at her colleges like "do I really have to do this hair?" Kind of face... understand that I am 14 and that affected me and it still does because of her utmost disrespect. She went on sighing through it (the fact that it was such short time) I could tell she didn't want to do my hair which is why I left. When you take on a job as a HAIR STYLIST... make sure you can actually do stuff and don't be snobby when you don't want to. I've had struggles with my hair my whole life as I am a colored girl with curly hair so this was just another add on to my list. To sum it all up there's disrespect and from the lady I had very unprofessional, you don't make it obvious you don't want to do something especially with a girl and belittle her (not saying directly to me) but complaining about the hair I was born with and I cannot help. I was going to call you guys and give you some advice but here it is instead, I DO NOT recommend this great clips for colored curly hair girls.

My husband just came home from another haircut here, and yet again it's completely uneven, areas of hair not even touched, not faded well. Just terrible. A few years back they did alright, but the last year or so consistently has been terrible. So now he is off to have another place correct it, and pay for the hair cut twice.

If you’re white this may be the perfect place. But I called and explained that my daughter is biracial and her hair is textured mostly African American they said they can do it. I get there and the older skinny white lady with glasses and shoulder length blonde hair was complaining about it’s almost her time to get off work and that they might as well get comfortable because we’ll be here a while. She made my teenage daughter so uncomfortable she cried and didn’t even finish the process. And that’s just that lady, the other ladies made her uncomfortable as well. I will never in my life go there again. Not even as a white woman! My daughter was treated so terribly. That is uncalled for. If they didn’t know how to cut biracial hair they should of said that when I called and specifically asked about it. I will be calling corporate and complaining. That was straight up disrespectful and discrimination.

Its always been a hit and miss with great clips haircuts but today I got the worst and the longest. She cut the top shorter than the sides and cut my side burns so uneven, one's all the way up to the top of my ear and the other is to the mid point. I had to go buy clippers and shave my head myself after. I honestly recommend just cutting it yourself or going to a different company entirely over going to this great clips.

Jessica, a new employee at this location shouldn't be cutting people's hair untill she's had more training. I come here for haircuts every month or so and have never had an experience this bad. She gave me a 4/3 fade that was so choppy and uneven I had come to back the next day because my appearance affects my business. I gave her a second shot and she tried fading my hair again but it ended up looking like a 3 all over. Then she decided at the last moment to cut into my natural hairline making my facial hair and head hair a complete silouette circle of my face. Trust me ladies and gents you want that natural hairline, you don't want to look like an egg head... Don't let the sarcasm fool I'm extremely upset about this! I don't recommend this place, and am not coming back. Save your money and get yourself a cleaner better haircut across the parking lot or, take a chance at not so great great clips not knowing if it's the noobie with her uncirculated clippers hacking away at your hair that you'll eventually see again a month or so out.
