Angela is Awesome my kids like it very much when she does their hair.. I don't mind waiting for her... but I got to say that young lady that works at the front desk she needs to be more friendly and not so much Rude... there is no smile no welcome it looks more like she doesn't want to be there and it looks like she definitely doesn't like what job she's doing even my kids noticed that... she needs to be more friendly smile on her face and make the customers feel welcomed..... Great clips on walker road by fredmeyers and Starbucks.

My stylist was engaging and did her best to ensure I got what I wanted. I love that. They are a bit pricey for not getting a wash, beer, and scalp massage but not exorbitant either.

I am living very near to Fred Mayer and visited great clips first time in May on a weekend. I didn’t like it. Because she didn’t cut evenly and left lot of hair untouched. I thought I will give one more try and say goodbye forever if they make the same mistake. I went on the weekday at 4 pm. No one was there and again she made the same mistake. I have told her that It didn’t like the way she was cutting and ignoring many spot. She was covering the spot by spraying more water and combing it. I thought I will never come again. They don’t deserve my business, It is waste of money and regret why I visited again.

Always good service. I prefer to walk in, don't do online check in, and never wait very long.
