Wait times longer than anticipated or stated on the mobile app. Customer information publicly displayed on wait screen facing lobby when associates were making changes to their accounts. Found that the stylist was more concerned about cutting hair fast than paying attention to detail. Misquoted the style of cut, which I had to ask to make sure she knew what cut she was giving me. Gave them three stars just because the person who checked on me when I walked in was friendly.

I always wait to come when Kimberly is working. She not only KNOWS how to talk and cut hair at the same time, but she always gets my hair looking great. My mom usually loves to get her hair cut by Kena, and it came to a huge surprise to her when she found out she no longer worked there. When my mother saw what a beautiful job Kimberly did to her hair and my little brothers hair, my mom told me "she has a new barber" with a big smile on her face.

Second time my son had bad haircut because the barber doesn’t know what he do and took us more one hour . I can go to more cheaper haircut shop but I know Great clips hiring more experienced people but this one completely changes after 5 years with Great clips . Unfortunately my son delay his bright day to next week because he has bad haircut and I have to take him to other business. It recommends for anyone because the employees are not professional.
