I called to make a same day appointment. Unfortunately they were booked (and they were booked out about 2 weeks). I spoke to the owner Charlisa and she was informative, professional and friendly. Since my need was for my daughter's job interview in 3 days her availability wasn't working for me. So, she made a recommendation to another salon and added if they didn't work out for me she would see if she could work out a late time. Very kind spoken. I hope to try her services in person. Then, I'll add to this review...

I am very impressed with the Chadowboxx Luxery Brand product line! My hair has never been softer or healthier. I definitely recommend them.

Charlissa is a great person and business owner. Stopped in for a quick haircut in a time crunch and she was able to accommodate me (quick visit since I'm a guy). Feiendly and comfortable atmosphere here. She does offer other services here to boost health, like foot detox. If you need your hair done go here and you will be well taken care of!

Wonderful experience! Nevaeh is very happy with her cut and shampoo. Thank you Charlisa! My daughter had a great time.

I called to offer a product suggestion and was rudely treated on the phone. Even if you're not interested, you don't have to hang up abruptly. I will never have my hair done there again despite their talented stylists because of the rudeness. sad!
