Anna is **the best** hair diva/goddess I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She listens to what you want, asks clarifying questions and makes suggestions if it would result in a better outcome, but then wasn't passive-aggressive when I said no (but she was right and I ended up taking her suggestion the next time 🤭). She has never ever rushed and the end result is consistently an amazing cut and/or color, even better than I'd hoped for. I'm loyal to one hair diva/goddess wherever I live so I can't speak for the other ladies in the salon. That said, they treat each other like family and I've never seen the tell-tale signs of behind-the-scenes strife. Michelle is a delight. The morning receptionist (I so wish I could remember her name!!) knows me when I call - a rare thing in this part of the country!!!! - and always calls me Love or Lovey, which makes my day. Can't say enough nice things about Shear Looks. I hope you give them a try!

Best place I've tried in Pennsylvania! They really listen to you. I've been wanting to grow my hair out and most places will take off too much and make it a slow process, but Anna takes off exactly what she needs.

Nancy is so good with my kids, especially my son. Haircuts can be challenging for him and she is so patient with him and happy that we found her.
