REGIS HELPED ME FIX A MAJOR SALON MESS UP (from another Salon). I walked into Regis a few days before graduation with hair completely MESSED UP from another salon. I initially went in just to ask for advice on what to do, because I had asked for either purple silver/blue silver (really long and complicated story), and ended up with a teal green/blue ombre into an ELECTRIC BLUE. I was immediately assisted by both Fayard and Scott who took me in then and there, without an appointment, and said they could totally fix my hair and for cheaper than what I initially paid for my first failed cut, even though they put in way more time and work. My hair underwent various treatments to get all the color out, with both Fayard and Scott doing everything to get that wretched green out. This went on for hours, even AFTER closing. Even an hour after closing, my hair was already a lot better than when I came in, but because Scott knew he could do one more thing to make it even better, both he and Fayard stayed even longer to make it as wonderful as it could be. The whole time they were so caring to my needs and were so kind and personable! They worked extremely hard and it was easy to see the care they put into all the hours of work. My hair went from a GREEN/ELECTRIC BLUE to a beautiful BLUE GRAY! They actually saved me from looking like Thing 1 on my graduation day. I could not recommend this salon and these stylists more. I'm even traveling back from NY to get it touched up because I trust them so much! Thanks again!!

HORRIBLE! What a waste of time and money. Can't even do a basic shampoo and blow dry. I paid for full service and walked out with my hair half done because I knew the stylist manager had no clue what he was doing. Trust me and go elsewhere. I would have a 10 year old do my hair before I returned.
