I've been a customer for the last 10 years or more. Sara is my "stylist" and she makes me look great for an old man. All of the stylists are friendly and have loyal customers.

My haircut was decent but the person cutting my hair basically said they've heard every conversation ever that seems like it just wasn't a very friendly thing to say for my time in the chair.

On march 3 ,2018 my sister and went to set an appointment. Got ignored 2 times after we set up the appointment. I know you were busy but that is no reason to ignored your customers. You will be losing two loyal customers. WE WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!

Perfectly fine place if all you want is a trim and you don't go 2 hours before closing. I understand after a long day you start watching the clock and can't wait to leave, but that's not exactly what I want to hear every single employee say multiple times as I'm waiting and then getting my hair cut. This one is on me, I should have made sure the hairdresser understand exactly what I wanted and was confident in her ability to give me what I wanted - she wasn't, she gave me something relatively close to what I wanted but also quite awkward once I got home and tried to style it myself. All in all a good place for a quick trim (maybe even a color, since I've seen good results) but don't expect a good consultation or advice, especially if they're all itching to leave soon.
