The workers are so rude and unprofessional. The entire time I was getting my hair done I had to keep telling the lady she was pulling my hair too tight she continued talking to the other workers and talking on the phone being distracted. She had to stop to eat stop to go to the store. It was so frustrating. The shop itself is dirty and they have several little babies running around the shop all day. A 4-Hour hairstyle ended up taking 8 hours. Never again. If you want to keep your edges and keep your sanity don't go to JT's
