I've been going to Rosa at Cherry for over a year and have never left the Salon unhappy. My hair is thick and hard to manage and i've never had a stylist at any salon get my hair as straight and nice and she does - can't recommend Rosa enough! The salon is always very clean, the staff is friendly.. overall always a great experience. Make sure you book an appointment though.

If you can get to the stylist you want and at the time you want it would be a small miracle. The problem here isn't the products but the logistics. That is what is holding this place back. The downfall to this place is the customer treatment and scheduling. When you book online or in the app it only slots 45 minutes. TWICE I have had an appt and walked in the door only to have to be rescheduled. WHY? Because they need more time for "my hair" which is code word for you're ethnic and our scheduling system when you put in "blow out" hits a generic 45 min slot and truly only caters to thin and fine European hair and not ethnic hair. So under no fault of yours- you have to be inconvenienced to the fact that you have a head of curly thick ethnic hair and have to come back 3 hours later or tomorrow when you had a whole day lined up. This is why in so many salons there's no diversity in the clientele- because you're catering to one side of the coin. Truly feels very discriminatory and insensitive. The other drawback is you have some stylists working with skills comparable to what I can do myself and some that truly WOW you. I don't want to come into a salon and leave with something that feels like I could've done myself- so you have to be very careful in who you choose. Truly when I first found this place it felt like a hidden gem. I was in and out and my hair was soft and bouncy- But now after having a membership and seeing how poorly it is run- it seems like they don't want to keep members or really any customers at all.

**This review promises to be the most honest from a real long-time client.** Cherry Blow is a great salon for the busy executive or working mom who doesn't have time to take care of her appearance the way we would like to. If that describes you, sign up for membership. It is worth it!! The staff is professional and prompt. They treat everyone warmly and with a smile. The salon is clean and well-kept but busy most days. Now...on the needs improvement category, here are some items: 1) Atmosphere: sometimes too loud given chatter and music videos playing all day. 2) Experience: there are many good stylists but ALL are NOT at the same level of quality. If you find a good one and like how your hair looks, jot down her name and re-book with her. 3) Supplies: They are always running out of styling products the staff needs. If you plan on becoming a member, bring your own favorite products and they be happy to use them on you. I have addresses all of these problem areas directly with salon management. But the owners are the decision makers. Hopefully they will fix these problems soon. Otherwise they will loose memberships.

Cherry Blow Dry Bar is an awesome place to get your hair portrayed in an art form. I never had a prettier blow out and style in my life. The salon is beautifully decorated and the staff very professional.
