I went and got a Brazilian wax for my vacation. It was my first time, and I was extremely nervous. The room was dark, clean, and quiet. No one was there when I went that early Wednesday morning. The whole process was under 15 minutes. Lori was quick and professional. The result is phenomenal. I can't wait to come back again!!

Exception service from beginning to end! Initially, I wasn't happy with my appointment time. I tried to be cool about it, but apparently not cool enough. The receptionist( I'm sad that I didn't get her name to properly give her kudos) called me back within 30 minutes with a better appointment. This left a laying impression. I value customer service! On the day of my appointment, everyone I encountered was friendly and inviting. Refreshments were offered to both myself and my daughter. Lori was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. She educates as she goes along and I enjoyed every moment of my experience. Imagine that!! Finally found my permanent location. Thanks for everything Lori!!

When trying any new place, I am always skeptical. However, I was immediately impressed by the ambience of the salon. I was greeted by the receptionist and offered something to drink while I waited. Lori was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and the salon was very pretty and clean. She made me feel comfortable durling my wax and it was over pretty fast. It’s been a couple weeks after and I have no reaction and the wax lasted. Will definitely be going back!

I purchased a Groupon for this salon as I have for many salons. But I must say this salon has been the best place I have been to. The ladies there are so professional and courteous. As you walk in you are being greeted with a smile. Lori was my esthetician and she was amazing. She made me feel like I was a regular customer there. I will definitely recommend to my girlfriends.
