I have been going to Lotus Salon for years, I cannot say enough about the total experience, as soon as you walk in the pampering begins. I followed my hairstylist Chrissy to Lotus because she is an expert with my naturally curly hair!! I have struggled over the years to find someone who cares, who listens and takes time to really understand what my hair needs. Chrissy has kept my curls cut and shaped perfectly, she gives a fantastic blow dry and never over cuts the length. I highly recommend Chrissy!!! Many of my friends and family also sit in Chrissy's chair and they love her too!!!

I absolutely LOVE Lotus Salon. I have been going there for years. Chrissy has been my stylist for over 10 years and I love her. Chrissy can tame my coarse curly hair and make it smooth as silk. She is a talented artist, she is kind and professional. My colorist Julie is wonderful! She keeps my gray hair at bay and my natural red hair looking the same as it did when I was in my 20's. She is a chemist and an artist. She is warm and down-to-earth. Rose does a fantastic job with waxing and make-up and is one of the sweetest people. She, too, is a talented artist. Lotus Salon is full of warm, professional artists that take pride in their work and make you feel welcome and at home when you are there. The salon is very clean and is modern and relaxing. I love my glam squad and look forward to my monthly Lotus appointment!

Nick, the colorist, was attentive, talented, and knew exactly what he was doing. Overall my experience with getting colored by him was great. Chrissy, the women who finished my hair with what was supposed to be a trim and straightened style, was just plain lazy. She couldn't even detangle my hair properly and attempted to straighten my hair without even detangling my hair properly. All through the horrible experience, she even ripped my hair and complained about my hair being too tangly. She claimed that blowdrying my roots and then straightening the rest would make it look better, but in actuality my roots were left curly and my tangled hair was straightened, causing it to look like a 5 year old did my hair. She then kept praising herself when working on my hair which was ridiculous as it was clear that she was trying to make up for her lack of skill. I left with my scalp sore, my hair trimmed unevenly, and straight hair that I had to fight in order to run my hands through. At least the color was pretty. The point of getting my hair straight at a salon is so that parts that I cant reach can be reached, not so that you can half-ass my hair. All in all my experience was pretty bad and I am not coming back. The staff who worked with me had no clue how to work with curly hair and that is disappointing.

Previously a platinum blonde I was in search of the best hair stylist to give my hair the the color correction it needed. Finding the perfect brunette shade is not always easy especially after being so light for so many years. Kim M is one of the best hair colorists in South Jersey I have been now going to her as a client for years. My hair has never been healthier and she officially has given me the most beautiful brunette color.I receive complements daily. Her judgment and technique are impeccable I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kim M ASAP!
