I usually go here frequently for trims ONLY especially because it's nice to be able to walk in- no appointment needed. Yet, not once but twice I've witnessed and experienced distasteful behavior. I have natural curly hair, yet the stylist there seemed to have an issue with the type of hair I have. Her facial expressions said it all "UNMANAGEABLE", she was extremely rough with me. At one point I wanted to just get up and pay for just the wash. A suggestion I have overall for the store is if you do not wish to work then quit. If you need money and this is how you make a living then act like you have common HUMAN decency. If there was an option button that stated " Hire New Staff" I would've clicked that than to even give you 1 star. Also, I write this on behalf of my aunt who just went in today to tell me her experience. I hope you are all satisfied with the humiliating feeling she received from the stylist who did not know what to do with her hair.

I was completely disappointed with my haircut today. I showed her two photos on how I wanted my hair even explained it to her. She did whatever she wanted. I wanted a cute pixie but ended up with a choppy bob. She was also unprofessional making comment about hate girls. Please avoid this place at all costs. They don't know what they are doing.
