I was given a haircut by Cait. Loved my hair cut, had great conversation, and she was very professional and on point. I highly recommend her and I loved the hot towel they put on your neck after your done.

Barb greedy who left a review is the district leader so her review is miss leading. She came into our salon to recruit for the salon in morrell park with a girl who has only been working for 2months. She had the nerve to say I didn't check my cut, mind you I have been a stylist for over 25yrs. She stated I didn't check my cut the supercuts way. Apparently they haven't been I'm the industry long enough to know that there are many ways to cut such as cowlicks, texture, style customer wants etc...to have each stylist cut the same exact way is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. That's why you do not have to many 5star reviews. If your going to have someone come out to represent your business you should ask them to look professional and have good hygiene. The one girl looked absolutely miserable. I would be happy to cut and blow dry a customer to one that your stylist serviced the supercuts way and see which service and result was better. Each stylist went to school to learn our trade and doesn't need to be taught a cookie cutter way of cutting.

The new manager made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. She gave me a good haircut and it was so relaxing to have my hair washed and styled. I will be coming back to see her.

Good staff, a little pricey in comparison to the Supercuts on Cottman Ave.
