I love this salon! Have been coming here since it opened. Always warm and welcoming. The business model is team oriented which is wonderful and it shows. They remain professional with a client first attitude. When they suggested I try letting my gray-white hair grow in, I was really pleased with the transition. Compliments from my biggest critics (my kids) was an extra special surprise! Keep up the great work!

I love the team at Salon True! Finding a great hair salon when I moved to Philadelphia was one of my greatest stressors and I was so happy to be referred here. Zero pretension. Tons of talent. Great communication and teamwork with the stylists. Whether traveling or at home, I regularly get stopped on the street by people complimenting me about my hair. I'm a happy, loyal customer!

Prices are on par with a higher end salon. Service is excellent. I've gone twice for a cut/color and both times my hair looked incredible. Highly recommend.

Nice salon. Only complaint is the hair color they use...in 10-14 days I see grays coming through again. Maybe they should offer multiple lines that contain a more potent hair coloring solution.

I was late but called to warn them and they were very gracious. I was assigned to Kirby, who was friendly and never seemed rushed. She asked me what I wanted for my cut and then made suggestions of her own, which I treasure in a stylist. The cut was the best i've ever had, and so was the blowdry. She seemed to simply understand my hair, which can be challenging. The price was reasonable and it was a nice experience. I have a new salon!
