First time back since the covid shutdown. Frank did a spectacular job!

Very unprofessional... They don't let you know all the services they offer and are very rude. The receptionist dismissed me and had a nasty tone while I was asking a question. I'm not going to support a business that treats people like this.

The owner is very rude lacks customer service Etiquette. Called to schedule an appointment was given an appointment for 12:30 for there 10 minutes early . Was told we ( me and my 9 year old ) had to wait outside . We stood up for approximately 30 minutes , before he was called in . So when we were called I’m walking in with my child ,the rude owner said she has to wait out side I told her that already ! Mr owner cause I know you’re going to see this that’s not how you run a business learn how to talk to customers . That the last time you get my money you have a good day ! Be blessed
