I am a caretaker for an older disabled relative and my daughter. I also had gotten over the flu about 2 weeks before my visit here. I have shoulder length hair that had some tangles in it. I am a woman in my 50’s and can say the treatment I got was just not right . I had to ask the women what language they were speaking talking about me ? I am glad that there seems to be a service for this shop because I feel the problem is cultural ? I know she did a good job but she had a different approach to her method ? I asked what language they were speaking and it was Armenian. I was advised what to do with my hair since I have good thick hair .. Just sorry ., not a what you want when you go in for personal treatment ? I felt like a five year old . I paid a good price too . Not my cup of tea at all .

This place charge my 80 year old mother $34 for a cut. She advised she didn't need it washed but they said they only do it that way. Advised there's a $30 fee for first time customers and gave her a coupon for the hair cut. Called and the woman was extremely rude to me and told me to keep my Mom at my Great Clips where they give her a Sr discount.

Absolutely awful haircut. Poor quality, didn’t understand what I said, doesn’t speak English and didn’t follow directions. Rushed to get the haircut done.
