Denise fix my hair the way I want it. And I love it.

This place is not relaxing at all. The hair dresser had her three kids running around touching me, making a mess, yelling and breaking things the whole time. They were bothering all the customers and couldn't control them. She kept stopping to yell at the kids. The place is so dirty. I was there for 5 hours, literally. I had an appointment and still waited an hour before they started. I just wanted a glue in. Two people worked on my hair. The first one who did my braids under the cap greased my head because she didn't know i wanted a glue in so two days later, my cap was coming off. She braided my hair wrong so my part was in the wrong place. I was so mad. She said it was nothing she could do about it. My real hair was cut without my permission and my hair was styled and cut sloppily. There was random chunks left uncut that i didn't notice until getting home. Horrible experience. I think they knew they messed me up because when i went to feed the car meter outside, she followed me because she thought i wouldnt pay. Smh. I hate this place. Waste of money. I waited two weeks to get my hair done for nothing. It looked sooooo sloppy.

I brought a picture of the hair style that I wanted Ta-Ta was kind but my hair looks nothing like the picture. It is the most ghetto looking hair style I have ever worn. I paid for the style but I am never going back. Lesson learned.
