The lady who said she can do it didn’t do my hair gave me to a different girl my hair turned out a mess....I paid 80$ I cried. I didn’t sign a paper or get a recipet idc what the sign say about no money back refund I don’t want my hair redone and if I can’t get my money back I will be taking them to court period. Hate it. I went to get my feed-in braids/Goddess braids. The braider didn't know how to do them but acted like she did. When she was finished it was not even close to the style I wanted. I am mad I couldn't get my money back because they have a no money back policy. Plus the braids didn't even last a good two weeks. It only lasted like 3-4 days. Don’t waste your money.

I've been getting my hair braided at Astou for about 8, maybe 9 years. Excellent!

The owner's weave techinques are very good! She knows how to install a weave to make it lay correctly and it looks natural.
