I entered the store and all chairs were busy with clients. ..the lady greeted me and said I'll be with you shortly. .no problem. ..about 5 mins later another client walked in and ask for help. ...he was immediately waited on and the girl returned to her chair...totally ignored me...I got up and walked out and believe me I won't be back and will tell friends and family of my experience. ..I am highly insulted !

This place is disgusting. My fiancé got his hair cut this afternoon by and old woman who let him leave with dripping blood. He normally gets his hair cut at places like this and he has never had this happen. He his neck has 50 or more large and small skin tags. This heavy handed woman ran her clippers straight down and across his neck. Did she think she was supposed to cut them off? She gave him an already wet towel to wipe his hand when he asked her for something because he touched the bloody area. And then asked him to wipe his neck with it. He came home with dry blood streams down his back. What if he was diabetic? You were just going to let him bleed? Go back to school!
