People who’s working there are nice, but they don’t know how to cut hair and blow dry. I’ve just wanted a nice bob , the lady mess up my hair, she cut too much with no shape.

I went here to get my hair fixed from another salon! Tanya redid my hair did it exactly they way I had wanted it in the first place! I don't write reviews but I was so pissed the way the girl from the other shop that I got out my IPad and started typing! It was either the next day or the 2 nd day they gave me a # to call and I did! The young man I talked to was so sweet and understanding! The next day someone above him called me and I explained what happened she was very nice! The next day Tanya called me set up an appt and she fixed my hair! I've gotten more compliments in the last day it just did my heart good!! Thanks to everyone that made this right!! Tanya you have a new client here on out! Thank you again for everything you did!

They totally messed up my hair. I called to ask about getting an undercut done and the woman in the phone said they do undercuts all the time! She sounded like they were no big deal so instead of going to a barber shop or a real hair salon, I decided to give this place a shot. The hair dresser was nice but obviously had no idea what she was doing at all. After sectioning off an appropriate amount of hair she cut and started to shave. Then she just kept shaving until there was twice as much hair taken off as what I said looked like a good amount. Now the sides so up way too high and I basically have half my head shaved. Not only that, but its not even at all! The left side is much higher and there is a chunk out of it that makes it impossible to get a strait line unless I cut up to the top of my head. So basically they did irreversible damage to my hair (besides growing it out for the next 3 years or so) after reassuring me that they did this cut all the time. I don't want to know how many other girls came in for something similar and walked out with a monstrosity.

A very busy Hair Cuttery. Located near Jim's Steaks if your hunger. The ladies are always nice and some have been working here for awhile building up a good customer base.

I have been going to Hair Cuttery Stoney Creek for 8 years. Although I have had the same stylist for that long, Tanya Simkins, everyone I have encountered at that location is sweet, professional and efficient. My boys (3 & 6) enjoy going to a 'big hair cut place' and you can't beat the prices. I have patronized another Hair Cuttery in the area and have been disappointed with their service compared to Stoney Creek's. I will not make that mistake again!
