This used to be my nail salon for a couple of years. I went elsewhere for a bit, and came back. I should have never come back. The staff are rude and unprofessional, esp. the young girls in the back. When I asked one of the young girls to do a design for me, she told me my nail was too small, and huffed and puffed when I asked her to turn on the gel lamp. I told the manager about her behavior and she overrode her. Upset that the manager made her do exactly what I asked, which was turn on the gel lamp, she cussed under her breath. While my nails were drying, I explained to the manager what happened only to be met with a nonchalant "oh well" attitude. I will not be patronizing them again.

Incredibly RUDE nasty staff. They refused to do a very simple daisy design on my nail, saying the design was "too hard" and my nail "too small." The manager refused to look up from her cell phone to discuss the fact that the technician refused me service. She would not answer me at first, finally saying my nails are "too small." I walked out and went down Macdade to another place and got exactly the design I wanted with no commentary and no argument. Obviously Super Nail Spa and Hair simply did not want to provide service to me for some unknown reason. The place is filthy and run down to boot. I was the only customer in there. Gee wonder why. Never again.

The people were very nice but my nails popped off a couple of days later and my gel polish was chipping as well it wasn't even a week

My nail was refilled and it was done horribly by the older lady. The two younger ladies do a good job but they are extremely rude & unprofessional... I would not recommend this place to an enemy
