Employees lack a work ethic. Arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday. One employee was working on customer. The other was in front of the shop smoking, a sign of a slow day. I was with my son and we both wanted basic haircuts, nothing special. Seems they could only give one of us a haircut due to the 6 pm closing time. If someone from this place reads this you will know why the tip was exactly 10%. Normally I give $5 per haircut as the tip. Also I will never return here never ever. Doing a little extra for a customer and you can win them for life. Do not and they go to your competitors.

I like this salon over the one in Holmes. But verify the price BEFORE u get your hair done. It says highlights starting at $40. I only got partial & cost me over $100! Wasn't happy & was told to go back cause they had a "Smile Back" guarantee, but I still had to pay more money. My partial highlight ended up costing me $170 even AFTER a 50%off coupon. Really, I could've went to a highend Salon for a partial highlight & paid less then $340.

"When was the last time, that you've done something for the first time?" Well for me today was the day! I had the best hair cut experience with a professional hair stylist herself, Jacqueline!! For the first time in 23 years I've found my go to to get an outstanding haircut from such an invested woman! Great job staff, excellent co-workers!
