So I got a hair cut today from this salon. My hair is A MESS. I was charged for a style as well and all she did was blow dry it into a frizzy mess. My layers were cut so blunt that it looked like I had chopped my hair with a pair of arts and crafts scissors and blindly went at it. I had to go to Regis to have it fixed. The girl didn’t even ask what I wanted done so I said several times I need layers because my hair is so thick and it looked like I left the salon with even thicker hair. Do not go here!

The stylist did not ask what I wanted, she just cut my hair how she wanted to, and since I have had my hair cut there, I have been losing hair. Whatever they used on my hair has caused hair loss and itchy scalp. I'm sure there are some stylists there who know what they are doing, but I was not blessed with one.

The worst haircut ever! I would not recommend this place. I had to pay for the bad haircut and then pay Jcpenney salon to fix it. In the end I had almost an $80 haircut that should've been $20.
