I was assigned to Arthur, and I could not be more pleased. He clearly loves what he does and is fantastic! I wasn't completely sure what I wanted. He listened to me and made an alternative suggestion that I really liked. The final result was fabulous! I have received so many compliments even from people I don't know . Definitely ask for him!

Five stars to stylist Mary at Regis Hair Salon, Ross Park Mall, McKnight Road. Mary did a great job on my friend's hair! Regis Salon is friendly and professional. I liked the atmosphere. Good experience!

Don’t go here just because you get credit on your debit card. It isn’t worth it. You would be just as well or better going the local training beauty school.

Both me and my daughter went for haircuts today. Jenn butchered my daughter's hair. It was explained when making appointment that my daughter had curly hair. Explained again when we got there. Extensive consultation. She cut it while I was getting my own cut. When Jen was done, she put my daughter's hair in a braid without me seeing the finished cut and without my consent. I realise now she did it to hide the most uneven, chopped up haircut I've ever seen. Don't EVER let her touch your hair!!!!!!! EVER! As for my cut, at least it is even. (Somewhat). It is not even close to what I had asked for. Asked for a shag type hair style and ended up with long layers. Jimmy said he knew what I wanted, explained what he was going to do, made sure I knew what I wanted. Then went off course and cut it his own way. Wish I could give zero stars

This is a wonderful place! I'm proud to be a client at this Regis Salon and only trust my hair with them. Shelly is typically who I see and she is always very patient and makes sure I leave with exactly what I ask for. Go here! They will take care of you.
