Best place to be pampered while getting your image refreshed. Everyone there is friendly and professional.

Got highlights put in my hair I loved them at first and now it's been a little over a month and they are now almost faded to my normal hair I have never had highlights fade so badly I spent almost $200 for them and now I feel like it was just a waste of my money I also bought the purple conditioner to keep my color for fading but that didn't work either. I'm giving 2 stars because I do like going here staff is super nice I just wish I had a better experience so that I could go back there.

From the time I called to inquire about availability to the time I left the salon, I was met with exceptional customer service from everyone at Phillip Pelusi. Beyond this, Lacey did an amazing job on my faded, brassy, blonde hair and gave me the exact look I was going for- which was a shadow root smudge. She toned the brass out as well and now it literally looks like I have new hair! She provided excellent input, styling advice, and recommendations. It's always a potentially harrowing experience walking in to a salon blindly, but Lacey killed it and will be my stylist for as long as I'm in Pittsburgh. I cannot recommend this establishment more highly.

I feel like a more confident person after having my salon appt. I feel so much younger. Consult with Shannon and Color,Cut and style by Kaitlyn. My husband loves it. Soooo worth the travel to have the best. Thank you!
