I went to this salon first time when they opened sometime early this year. I got my haircut for $4.99 and I was not very happy about it. I just got my second haircut last week and I was very happy with the service this time. It looks like they have improved a lot with new experienced staff that is doing a much better job. It is so convenient to visit this place compared to other locations. Hopefully they maintain the quality of the service.

I got an updo there in June and I really loved it. The woman who did my hair did a fabulous job, so I called today to try to get another one. I was told "we usually don't do that and especially not on the weekends." I guess they changed their policy since then. I don't know why anybody would want to get an updo on a weekday... Additionally I'd think they'd want to do a $40-$50 updo (plus tip) in the hour or so it would take than try to do four or five $13 haircuts in that time, but I guess not.

I stepped into this place a few weeks ago because of a promotional rate on a men's haircut. I don't live in the area anymore, so unfortunately I can't return here. But, Jonathan cut my hair and I was really happy with it. I always get a clipper cut and sometimes stylists will blow through it without paying attention to the details. Jonathan didn't do that; he took his time and didn't miss anything! He's also probably one the few stylists that I've actually enjoyed talking to while he did his work.

The single worse hair cut my son has ever had and his has even cut his own hair in the past, but it was not nearly this bad.....lol.
