They are great at what they do and can tell you what they think would be best which I like. Nice people and very professional.

Aweful experience. I wish I could give less than 1 star. I had previously made an appointment for a haircut from the owner, Anthony. I got there 10 minutes early and, like another reviewer said, he seemed very friendly and nice upon first greeting. However, things quickly went downhill from there. As I was trying to show him pictures of my desired cut, he kept interrupting me and asking me irrelevant questions about my personal life, telling me how "pretty I am," and started aggressively combing my hair (I had just recently bleached my hair and I notified him to be very gentle as to not break my hair, but as he was combing I could hear my hair snapping off.) Now that I felt COMPLETELY uncomfortable, He then draped a cover on me and began to cut my hair before I even had the chance to explain to him what I wanted. I saw three large chunks of hair fall from the side of my head onto the floor and I about lost it. I told him to stop because there was an obvious misunderstanding but again, as I was trying to explain to him what I wanted, he very rudely interrupted me. He then began to blame me for the cut he made and started getting angry with me. He threw a fit and then told one of his employees to go "calm me down" and proceeded to walk away. But this is where it really gets bad... As I'm explaining the situation to his employee, in tears, staring at the missing chunk of hair on my head that took me half a year to grow out, here Anthony comes, back from wherever he walked off to.... takes his hand, pushes it on the crown of my head and SHAKES HIS HAND VIOLENTLY! Purposely roughing up my already fragile and breaking hair. Please, if you're reading this and considering getting your hair cut by psychopath owner Anthony at Fazio's, do yourself a favor and run VERY FAR AWAY! You won't regret it.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I had my hair ruined here yesterday. I walked in about 15 minutes early and had every intention of waiting patiently. I had an appointment with Anthony (the salon owner) and he immediately approached me and seemed friendly. He told me he was working on someone else at the minute and would be with me after her. The woman was under the dryer with dye on her head. But instead of doing that he decides to just TELL me what he's going to do with my hair. As another reviewer said he decides he is going to cut all of the layers out of my hair, my very long healthy hair. Well I of course felt pressured and overwhelmed to agree because he is the professional. He then had me stand while he cut a good 2 or 3 inches out of my hair that I just wanted trimmed. I was left with a crappy boring blunt cut. All of this took about ten minutes so he could quickly get me out of the door and he could go back to his other client. Hopefully this review saves someone else's hair. I now have to go pay to have it shaped somewhere else. Hopefully this review helps the salon owner realize he needs to ASK people what they want and he can listen and actually have a conversation with his clients rather than bulldoze them into a cut no modern salon should be doing. Not sure who actually gets their hair cut straight across with no tapering or anything nowadays. I have learned my lesson to stand up for myself now and I will continue to learn that lesson as my hair now grows back out.

I once went in to get a regular blowout but I don't think the person knew how to blowdry long hair. I usually never voice my concerns during a hair appointment, so I just sat there getting my scalp assaulted. I left the salon looking worse and my scalp hurt badly even after the "blowout".
