Not worth the price paid! The staff was polite, but horribly inexperienced in cutting curly hair. I called first and described my daughter’s hair texture. I made an appointment with a stylist that I thought was going to be competent. My daughter left in tears after the stylist attempted to straighten her hair with an overheated flat iron. The following day, I realized her hair was terribly crooked and cut it myself. I foolishly believed that I was making an appointment with a professional “hair expert,” when really I just overpaid for an experiment.

It really just must depend who you go to. I've been going to this location since Spring 2014 and they always do an amazing job. I'm insanely picky about everything and have never had a problem. I always saw Cayla until she left and now see another person on her team named Jackie. Absolutely fantastic! They both ask tons of questions to make sure your hair turns out exactly how you want. I've even had crazy colors like pink, purple and red highlights and they were always perfect. My boyfriend always goes to Nikki and she's also fantastic. Really amazing at men's cuts so just ask for Jackie or Nikki and I guarantee there will be no issues.

One of the blonde stylist was absolutely rude. Disorganised and left my buddies hair looking terrible. He was very unhappy about it. This place has one good employee and thats about it. Never going back there again.
