WALK-IN Was left waiting over an hour. Would highly suggest making an appointment before deciding to come here.

This is not a professional hair salon. No licensed loctician on the premises. Do not go here for retwist or start off locs. They do not know what they are doing. They use black gel and spritz to loc and twist your hair. They do not know anything about natural hair. Don't be fooled, not all Africans can do natural hair. I been here four maybe five times and every time they had a new person retwisting my hair. After been retwisted, my hair was not twisted to lay down nice and neat. My hair was sticking out, like something a child could have done. And when you tell them that you not satisfied, they do not refund, they only start talking African language among themselves. Very Unprofessional! No Loctician!!! BEWARE!!$

Horrible!!!! I got my hair done here today and took it down when I got home. It looked liked a kitchen hair do. The wait was too long. When the lady finally started on my hair it took an eternity I just wanted her to finish. Bintu walked over and made her take it down and blow dry it. Another wait. After she was finished I looked at it not impressed the least bit. I was in a rush so I couldn't evaluate it the way I should have. When I went in a store and glanced in a mirror I was so embarrassed. My hair looked like ish. Dont ever go there, they can't touch my dog's hair

I've been going to Bintu for over 3 years I drive from Memphis because no one does it better than Bintu!!! I recommend her to anyone. Not only is she nice, she doesn't mind fixing your hair if your not happy with it.
