Anita does ok. But has a bad attitude. Poor customer service (LEFT FOR 20MIN IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING MY HAIR) . Her other workers are horrible especially the big dark African lady she can't braid and always talks in native language anytime you ask her something ...talk English you're in America. Typical $$$ and same bad service as most African shops. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS ITS SOMETHING SIMPLE AND YOU HAVE PATIENCE.

Never come here, they dont do your hair like you want. I had natural hair so i paid extra for them to braid my hair past my real hair so my curly hair would not be noticeable. I swear, they messed me up. When i saw i ask them to correct it she simply ignored me! Never again, $250 down the drain.

I took my child to the shop to get her hair braided after the lady said on the phone she could take her right away. Got there and she had a full shop. We waited nearly an hour before she got in the chair and she was excited so she waited patiently, which is a feat within itself. The braider started her hair and one of the other ladies that was waiting got up to leave. The braider told the customer to wait, stopped doing my child's hair and said that her sister would take over. They both started doing the other lady's hair leaving my baby sitting waiting as if my time and money was less valued. I walked out and she chased me down as well. My daughter was heartbroken and started crying.
