The girl who braided my hair literally took 10-12 hours. She kept taking very long breaks and walking away to talk on the phone. I have also had a few braids in the front fall out. This place is way to expensive to be this unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE. They braid your hair too tight. I had so much damage and breakage its ridiculous.

Only had braids for a week and all my edges have came out. NO I don't wear my hair in a ponytail at all because it's ugly up from how they did it. They had an unlicensed stylist do the back of my hair which was god awful ugly. Minah redid the back but only retwisted my hair so the parts and beginning of twist was still ugly. Hair is thin and only a few twist are the length I paid for others are way shorter. Not worth 250 will never go back again recommend you not to as well if you are reading this.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I'll start by saying that I've had senegalese twists done by them in the past. Braider was Mina, and although she was about 30 minutes late, she did a very good job. Fast forward to today. Now, I called on Sunday and talked with Mina. Made an appointment for 6:00am for today, Tuesday. I called on Monday to confirm we were still on for 6 this morning and she said yes. So, I arrived at 6 and of course no one was there. I figured they'd be a bit late, so I waited til 6:30 to call and see where they were. Mina answered all groggy and acted all confused about the appointment. Then she lies and says the girls who were going to braid my hair had last minute emergency, but she would still come. I said okay, I'd wait. I'd decided to wait only til 7:00am, which would give her another 30 minutes. No one showed up until 8:00am. The only reason I was still there is b/c my car battery had died and I had to wait on my husband to boost it. TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE!!!! Effing ridiculous!!
