In the beginning they did exceptional work. I went 3months ago for tree braids. I show the girl what I wanted and she still didn't do what I ask.horrible looking.but they were friendly

Great shop.

Please do not waste your time going to this shop! I went back in January and when I got there I asked for Senegalese twists.I was told my hair was too short and I should get individuals....ok whatever. I was thrilled that it only took 3 hours to do my hair, as I had two people on my head. Well,at one point the owner decided to take over doing part of one side...her work was SLOPPY! I hadn't had the braids for a whole month before the ones on her side began falling out. So I went back to the shop to have just the few braids redone. Well apparently it was an inconvenience and they began talking in their native language and looking crazy. Needless to say I just walked out. Ladies, this place is a real disappointment in my opinion. By the way, I recently got my Senegalese twists done at a much better shop and they are GORGEOUS!!

This review is based on attitude vs braids. I went to this shop a few years back and had a good experience so I was comfortable going back. This experience was totally different. I got senagalese twists and less than 7 days later the braids on the first row were slipping out (sliding down and twisting) which could damage my real hair. The woman who braided my hair during my install assured me that the reason she was braiding my hair so tight was so my hair would not come down. I went back on day 7 because I worked during the week and was unable to go earlier. So I tell the braider who did the original install the issue and she starts to pick and choose a few braids on the right side and I told her there were 2 in the back. She gets ready to roll my ends. I told her the left side has a lot of braids looking the same way. She says, Oh we can't redo every braid. So at this point I'm livid because I didn't ask for every braid to be redone nor did I ask for the entire front row to be redone. For $180 and less than 1 week I think you need to be quiet and focus on doing a better job instead of telling me what you won't do. I only asked to have the braids that were visibly hanging and twisting my hair be redone. She did 3 on the left side and left 2 of the braids in the same condition. $180 and 7 days later I will never recommend this shop to anyone ever again. So for the price of 2 braids and an attitude they lost a customer. Customer service is a very important part of the entire service and there are too many braid shops to deal with a bad attitude!!! Thumbs down 👎
