My family had gone here for years! The main reason being you can walk in without appointment, since we are so busy & just go when we have time. Tonight we walked in at 6:30. The door says they close at 9:00. One lady said "I'll be with you in a minute". Another came up to the register & rudely said we have a 50 minute wait & we're closing in 30 minutes. She proceeded to tell him how they were short & we're closing early. Maybe post a sign on the door next time, so people will know. We won't be back. It just seems to get worse everytime we go & never a familiar face anymore.

Walked in around 4 pm. They took my name, told me it would be about 10 to 15 mins with 2 other people that was checked in in front of me. One customer went back mins later, then another walls in. They had a "online check in". So they went first. I've been sitting here 10 mins at that point. The other customer that was waiting on front of me went back. Then another customer walks in and also has a "online check in". They go before me. I've been here 22 mins now. Shook my head and told the lady to take me off the list. I've been using Great Clips for many years in Goodlettsville, but after that experience, I'll never go back to this one. I'll drive to Goodlettsville. At least they know how to schedule.

I've used this place for years ama honestly there's always good and bad at these places but one man in general is the most professional, down to earth and respectful person I've ever dealt with.... David will cut your hair exactly how you ask, he goes the extra mile every time. I will not allow anyone but him to cut my hair, if that man is not working I'll come back another day when he is working. Ask for David when getting a ✂ you won't regret it one second!!!!!

Yea i wish i could have something good to say about this place. The last time i had my hair cut here it was wwaayyyy to short and a chunk missing on the back of my head.. They also mess up my husbands hair when we go here. They are only trained to cut in 15 minutes or less.

As a Marine with a mane of gold, I have a love-hate with hair joints. This one, as these factory houses go, works. I mostly do mine myself, but if I don't have the time or patience, I would check the app and stop in here. The app is great because it gives you a very good idea how tore up the place is so you can wave off if you have to. It might be a placeholder, too, but don't rely on it for an exact time estimate. Either way, nice feature. This is a clean, funky, and well-appointed place. Staff seems to move in and out, but I've had mostly good (and very fun!) experiences here. This is the only place that I've talked into taking the weedwacker to my glorious beard. Ever. OohRah, veterans discount!
