I am new to the area and decided to give this place a shot. Jennifer was my stylist and she was great to work with. She listened to what I wanted and she delivered. It is a great clean salon and I would recommend anyone to give them a shot!

Had an appointment at 11am and an appointment 10 min away for a different service at 3pm. They checked me in at 1045 when I arrived, told me they would let the stylist know I was there, and did not hear another word from anyone in the staff until 11:45. By this time, the stylist did not have enough time to do my hair before I had to leave at 2:50. Tried to reschedule and they would not schedule me with any other stylists and she had nothing available on a weekend for several weeks. I told them I would take me business elsewhere. There was no apology or concern for gr fact that I wasted my entire morning.

First time here and I LOVE it! Everyone were nice and welcoming! Bri saved my terrible haircut from another hair salon! I would absolutely recommend Bri to anyone needing a hair color or cut. It’s been 9months since my visit here because I moved and my hair is still looks great! Thank you Bri! Thank you Meraki Hair Salon!! Here’s before and now of my hair!
