Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I will not be returning here anymore. I have received decent haircuts here in the past, So this review is not a review of the business, just one lady. I actually enjoyed going here prior to these two visits. I Don’t know her name but she’s a little older, shoulder length blonde hair, and she talks like she’s on muscle relaxers and NyQuil. Says she used to cut hair for the military. Works on Tuesday early afternoons. She’s cut my hair twice, the first time I didn’t care that it was a little uneven and horribly faded because I was in a bit of a hurry anyway and didn’t notice until my wife said something the next day. The second time I was a little more picky and expressed my desired cut in detail. After all of 8 minutes she brushed me off and said “alright, all set”. Really? You’re finished? She hadn’t done hardly anything. This upset me a bit because I had tipped her well the last time. I Always tip well! She was visibly perturbed after I asked for her to finish the haircut. Obviously I was much nicer. I had to point things out and almost walk her through it. She then proceeded to somehow find 10 more minutes of things to do back there which I thought was strange but noticed when I got home. There were lines up and down my head and hard to notice ( but noticeable) patches where she’d gone too deep. Needless to say, I did a better job fixing it, standing backwards in a mirror, holding another mirror. I will never go back to a place that would allow such a person to work there. Why couldn’t you have taken your time?! You had 0 customers other than me and 2 people working! I’m almost to the point of contacting the franchise owner or possibly even corporate. That kind of nastiness is unacceptable. if it wasn’t intentional, than you definitely should not be cutting people’s hair. Last note. I’m even more upset with myself that I didn’t ask for a mirror to check it. Isn’t that something most barbers do without you having to ask?? Either way, I tipped well again. I’m the sucker. Wonderful service and great help advice that I received!! I will completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut and/or hair color service! They treat you like you are their friend and you can say whatever. I loved it! Lol

Joanne is THE BEST!!! She takes her time and makes sure that you are happy with the results. This was a complicated color but she tackled it with no doubts!! Thank you Joanne!! I love it and everyone was telling me how great it was at the wedding.

Joanne is literally the best at what she does here ! I go to her for my cuts, my colours, my eyebrows, everything ! I recently went and dyed my hair purple, and the outcome was so much more beautiful than I could have even imagined !!! Seriously - so many compliments on my hair and the colour has stayed in for almost a full month now with little fading. I don’t trust anyone else to do my colours or cuts - Joanne’s the best !
