I walked in was not greeted stood at the reception desk for about 5 minutes neither of the people who works there looked up or responded to me standing there anyway so I sat down and waited for about 30 minutes no one spoke to me. Finally one of the girls that was finishing up a haircut came over when I got up again instead of the desk to tell me that I have to wait at least 10 more minutes. Absolutely horrible I don't think I've ever been treated that badly or ignored that much when I'm trying to give you my business

Went in for a simple trim, only $18! I have straight, thin, fine hair- so I feel like every trim or haircut I get is the same, no matter the price. Nothing will ever wow me. With that be said, I think it ridiculous to go pay $40+ on a haircut that won't be any different from this $18 trim I got. This is a simple salon, with basic service and I felt I got exactly what I was looking for. **used my boyfriends account- I am female**

$18 for a 3 minute dry trim and skipped front half of my head. Hard pass. Went to another salon down the street right after leaving to get an actual haircut. Ladies there were polite.

I originally went in for a partial highlight and all though the color came out great the woman at the end advised me to trim up the ends. Hoping her perfoessional opinion was correct I said okay. I told her I had been growing it out and really only wanted what was needed cut. My hair is naturally curly and came down to about my boobs. The woman trimmed my hair but then decided to cut my "bangs" that I don't have all the way to my CHIN WTF. Now my hair is all one length expect for the 5 inch difference to my now new bangs. I'm really happy I didn't straighten my hair for a hair to keep it healthy all to just have it chopped! Thanks heads up!
