My hair was pretty much hacked off today. I told her I was not satisfied and no I did not pay. The stylist, if you can call her that, didn't smile or even say hello. I showed her the photo I brought in with and she confident of the her skill set. I have a chunk of hair missing behind my ear and the lengths on either side are in even. I didn't get her name but I will never have my hair cut at any of your locations ever again. I have never had a cut this terrible or make me feel horrible. And I used to get my hair cut and a beauty school as a teenager.

Contrary to what some folk have said...Debbie is amazing! She works with you based off your style and preference, listens well, and cuts accurately. This place is very warm, welcoming, hospitable, and compassionate. They do an exceptional job and play nice music for you to listen to while waiting. They do their very best to accommodate lots of customers. 5 stars.

I made a HUGE mistake going to the Hermitage Great Clips. First off, I am a 58yr old male and typically don't complain publicly. I am not picky about my haircuts but I received by far the WORST haircut I have ever gotten in my life. It wasn't as bad as a blind stylist would do, but it was REALLY bad. They were busy, but my cut took only 7 minutes start to finish. She cut it way to short to fix but I still gave her a $5 tip. I didn't realize exactly how bad it was till I got home. My wife was laughing under her breath and asked me " who cut your hair "? So I went to Wal-Mart and bought some clippers and had my wife buzz my hair to nubs. CAVEAT EMPTOR ( let the buyer beware ).

I went here for a long time, over a period of 5 years. That ended abruptly a month or two ago when I spoke to Debbie, older lady who managed the place, about a mistake. I explained a employee of hers had not credited me 6 dollars on my haircut (I paid 6 cash, and was supposed to pay 8 with my card; I paid 14 with my card). Instead, she called me a liar, told me it was the banks fault, and said "There's nothing that I can do, we charged you what is on the receipt"... I attempted to show her my bank statement but she didn't want any part of it. Instead, I had to go to the bank so they could dispute a claim with Great Clips, which later resulted in the bank crediting me 6 dollars. If this is how you do business then you should not be operating. This is not guest service, to any minimum, and I will not be back to this location.

Cassandra was awesome! She took time to iron my hair first to make sure she cut perfect lines and asked me along the way if it was looking okay. She even told me which products to use when ironing a blow drying my hair. To top it all off she was very sweet!
