She was patient and friendly towards my son whom is on the autism spectrum. My child hadn't had a haircut in a year and he made a couple of specific requests prior to the haircut. 1) I don't want the falling hair to touch me. I don't like it. 2) I know what kind of haircut I want, so I will tell her myself if more needs to be cut before she is done. Lol! She, again, was patient and kind with helping him feel comfortable and satisfied! Thank you, Whitley 👍

i walked in at 750 pm and none was in there but i seen one stylist come the back and I asked for a just curl quick curl because my hair is falling and i have a date. I did not need shampoo blow dry and curl just a curl my hair is above my shoulders. she said o well we are about a hour from closing and its against policy for me to do it. Well just to let you know im a hairstylist myself used to work for greatclips and I would always take anyone that walked in even 1 min till closing. I now have my own suite i rent and i still would take someone even if i was walking out the door. This was very poor service then i called another greatclips on conf drive and told her what i wanted she stated ya come on if u can be here very soon well i couldnt but that proved to me that was the stylist in gallatin not the company. So please confront this stylist because this was very lazy and poor customer service! I was hoping to leave a great review and i knew it was later so i was prepared to give a 20.00 tip she missed out on o and she had i think pink roots with purple or blue on her ends. have a good night sorry for the sucky review!

Pretty good place to go to get a haircut. I always go here and every time I get what I want. Mrs. Marsha is the best by the way. 10/10
