10/10 would recommend to ANYONE. I was in a hair crisis after my hair stylist cancelled on me last minute. Nabou stayed an HOUR late. She was so sweet and accommodating. Not to mention, my braids are PERFECT. She took her time. She never once acted annoyed that I was there or that she had to stay late. She was so pleasant the entire time. I will never forget her and the customer service she provided. I will definitely be back!

Update!! 5 to 1star-New review:went to get hair done, told Nabou, the owner my hair was just growing back from chemo in treatment for breast cancer. It was short but she promised it could be done. Needed transition while short hair was growing. Changed price when I got there. Entire time I said it hurt and was too tight they kept saying it's short and will be ok. Had to take pain meds b4 they finished, said it works loosen up. It looked nice but didn't know it was slowly pulling out my hair, down 2 the nape. Scalp stayed sore, braids started falling off w/my tires attached, eventually had 2 take them out early. Was left with balding edges behind the parts I left out! Bald spots where braids fell out. I contacted her twice, sent pics.. NO RESPONSE- she was blowing me up b4 have and I stayed after I was done to make sure she was safe on a cold night. I trusted her expertise and she let me down, damaged my hair horribly, kept sending me forwards in text and I asked her not to but when this happened she ignored me! Breast cancer is a difficult journey! Going bald is sad. Growing your hair back healthy, making sure it's in good condition is hard work so for someone to just 'want your money' and 'NOT care about you, your hair, your trust, you trying to overcome an illness is signs of a greedy, unloving, dishonest person and Karma comes back around. I had hair in every spot on my head and was left was left with a mess. I cried and cried. They talked SO LOUD AND LONG in another language ’over my head for hours', drove me nuts but I tried to endure the rudeness and super loud TV. I see a civil suit coming because you need to take responsibilities for your errors and not demean your own kind! Do not go here ladies! 😤😖☹️😣😤😖☹️😣

Hair would be perfect if it was done the way ask for. I understand asking for small twist may be a hassle but don't do the front one way then back is braided down to my scalp to cut time and I'm not new this I know what twist supposed to like

This salon is outstanding!!!! All of the ladies were very nice and professional, and my braids are beautiful. If you want any type of braids this should be the place you choose.

Wonderful service! Very nice ladies. Went to get my hair done for my birthday and left completely satisfied. If you want quality service and braids that will most definitely last, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!
