Went and saw Rebecca today. I had a ton of hair to work with and she took her time to make my hair look positively amazing!!!!! Can not say enough great things about her and my new look. Thank you so much!!!

Alice chopped my nearly waist length hair up to shoulder length with ends now so hacked that it looks like it was sawed off. Not sure how a request for long layers and trim ended like this. I had hoped when I allowed it to dry naturally my curls would hide the jagged edges, now I have frizz and no shape. I will have to cut off several more inches to get it evened out. I'm utterly heartbroken. I have spent 3 years growing my hair out. I told her to cut a little a possible from the length since my curls would shorten it further. It's like she just chopped without any care.

I adore this little jewel in lebanon, Tn.. I see Alice everytime and she does my hair perfect every time.. and is very patient with me and the process.. we have done many different styles and she really knows what she is doing.. she is very nice and always ask me what I want. I dont want to go to anybody else. The place is very clean and they all work very hard to keep it that way and to please everyone...:)

My husband and I had haircuts with Alice tonight. She’s a delight- very receptive to input and it was easy for us to figure out exactly what we wanted. Alice is a seasoned professional with 30+ years of experience, and she’s a great stylist. I highly recommend her and we will be going back. Thanks Alice!

How do I start this? I came in this morning, April 27th 2018, for the simplest haircut on the planet- a buzz cut. I told Alice, after I was finally seated after being completely ignored for 15 minutes, to not cut anything below where my ear meets my head, as I have a very large beard and trim it myself. I held my finger up to show her, and she nodded in understanding, before IMMEDIATELY cutting off a half inch of my beard, down to the middle of my ear. There was not three seconds between me telling her not to cut this area and her doing it. Then she "matched up" the other side, which at this very moment is not remotely the same length as the side of my face she ruined. So now I have to fix my own beard and wait months for the damaged spot to grow back because Alice could not follow simple instructions like "Do not touch my beard." Then she had the audacity to still make me pay for the haircut. Do not frequent this establishment. It would be better for you to get your hair cut from a homeless man.
