This place is a joke. I come here out of convenience. However, there is always a tiny something wrong with the haircut that is always easier fixed at home then have them do it because it just gets worse. BUT THIS VISIT WAS THE LAST STRAW. The woman who cut my hair also cut my ear and so blood started pouring. She grabs paper towels and starts to dab at it and throws a bandaid on it. It is still dripping blood and she grabs LYSOL wipes and holds them to my ear. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PUTS A DRIPPING LYSOL WIPE ON AN OPEN WOUND?! After the bleeding was somewhat stopped, she continued the haircut and butchered my sideburns. ACTUALLY, it is hard to butcher something that isn’t there anymore because she shaved them off instead of just tidying them up. All in all it was a horrible experience compared to the usual mediocre one I usually receive. I will definitely from now on be going to a legit place to get my haircuts. Even if they cost 3-4 times more. This is ridiculous.

Lauren is the best! We’ve been loyal followers (literally) since she moved over from the Kroger location. Both my husband and I went to her for years. She’s kind, professional and never does anything you don’t ask. Unfortunately we’ve moved and can’t see her as often. Needless to say we miss her.

Lauren cut my hair and cut it too short on the top part , I showed her a pic and she done a different cut....The cut should have used clippers but she didn't think it would look right, it's my hair not hers.. Called the owner he is refunding my money but with all do respect don't tell me she knows best for my hair, if I want clippers taken to it use clippers.
