I've lived in Franklin for decades and seen hair salons come and go. This is by far the best place to get your haircut. depending on your budget, you have many options between junior stylist all the way up to Dion himself. The buildings interior is historic and really put together well. The staff is very friendly and professional and the free coffee and reading materials are great.

Paid 65.00 for hair cut and the stylist flat ironed my hair (Tue) and cut it dry...no wash done after I even said something about washing it. I called back (Wed) and spoke to Theresa and she says she has to talk to business manager ( no name) and maybe refund me some money for not washing hair after saying something about it. Or send me to another stylist for a hairwash ONLY but I'd have to pay for it...seriously!! Today (Fri) I call back and speak to Theresa...Says all the same stuff as mentioned above, she never spoke to anyone. I told her I will never come back there and was writing a bad review. The place has big mirrors all around and is difficult to navigate, it's like being in the mirror house at a carnival, it was not very clean, boxes everywhere. I won't recommend this place because of above mentioned reasons AND because of the way things were done with me...this is supposed to be an upscale salon and when I pay 65.00 I expect my hair to be washed! I'm a disabled veteran and this was a lot of money for me. Oh, got eyebrows done too so total bill was 85.00. Not worth it to me.

Incredible Salon with well educated professional stylist who are well-versed in many techniques. They have an incredible makeup line can do extensions special events and more! For sure my go-to place in downtown Franklin!

I did not care for the salon too much, mainly because it was pretty dirty, at least at the station where I sat. There was a huge mirror with quite a pile up of old dusty hair clippings all along the frame of the mirror as well as around other odd and end things that made the place feel a bit cluttered with unnecessary décor. There were steps and huge mirrors everywhere making it feel a bit confusing to navigate, kinda like being in a mirrored fun house at a carnival but without much room to move around and the music seemed a bit loud, especially for someone who does not care for that type of music. Now the lady who was going to do my hair deserves at least 4 stars (can't remember her name) leaving off 5th star only because she had what seemed to be a very small selection of colors to chose from for my hair and had nothing close to the color I picked out (thank God I asked for a swatch book because I thought we were on the same page but had I not I would have ended up with orange hair!) which was not some bizarre off the wall color and I have seen stylists borrow or buy color from one another before but she made no effort or offer to do that. BUT she was honest with me. I am picky about my hair and she felt she would not be able to give me the results I wanted and knowing I am not use to paying almost $300 to have my hair done ($75 where I come from up north) did not want either of us to waste that kind of money on something she was pretty sure she could not do. She seemed to be close to tears when we decided we would just cancel the appointment so I trust that she was as disappointed as I was. I trust and appreciate her sincerity and honesty.
