I absolutely love going to this place to get my haircut. Krystal is my stylist and she always does an amazing job. She listens very well and pays very close attention to detail. I never have to tell her twice on how I want it cut. I won't go anywhere else but there.

Never liked this store, more so the owner. But I hear she's gone, and under new ownership. And hopefully, the employees are treated better than before. I'll give it four stars.

I went here in the evening for a walk-in. The lady who cut my hair smelled of smoke and she was rude. She wouldn’t even give me a towel on the hard sink for my neck while my hair was being washed. I asked if she could blow-dry my hair. She said it would be a fee. It was 30 degrees outside too. I refused to pay the fee. When I got home I looked at my hair. It was uneven and there were pieces that stuck out. My hair is Asian (dead straight) and the lady cut my hair straight across. Not a good choice. It looked horrible. I think her scissors were blunt or something. She was TALKING to a fellow hair stylist while cutting my hair. The lady was also barely paying any attention to her task. Any good hair stylist would adapt to her clients needs. I went home with a freezing neck and a bad haircut. Never again will I come here. 👎🏼

Was a stylist there and the manager is all over the place name is Mary. Goes by Kali. Did not mail my licenses. So I reported. Them to the cosmetology board. I would not reccomend this place and Mary's mugshot from being arrested in Clarksville Tn can be found on the internet
