Brian was very professional and courteous. Not only did he help me relax, but now 4 days out, my daily headache is still gone. I look forward to my next appointment. Thanks so much.

I went and had a perm on October 5. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (loose curls), yet somehow, I have been left with curls so tight that my little teacup poodle and I could be twins. I'm sure it may sound amusing, but I have been in tears since I left their salon. I have been growing my hair for 12 years and in one day, I ruined it here. My hair is falling out all over the place. I'm pulling it in clumps every time I touch it. I wish I had never gone here. When I left the salon, the girl a the desk asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Because of other customers there in line, I felt embarrassed not to, but truth be told, I didn't want to pay at all. I will now have to begin the very long journey of growing my hair out again. I'm really so heartbroken. And all I wanted was one day to treat myself at a salon.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Customer service is great. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Offered me a beverage right away. My nail consultant was Sierra, who was beyond wonderful. Very patient and did a great job on my nails. My daughter (1y.o) wasnt the happiest and Sierra didn't seem to be bothered which not many ppl can tolerate a crying child(100brownie points). Great overall experience!

As always Kim gave me an amazing cut and color, but this time I went from long to very short. Kim's expertise in cutting hair is superior and I love my new hairstyle.

I got a mani/pedi by Sierra. What a gem she is! Everyone made me feel welcomed, which is awesome. In addition, Sierra is real and kind and awesome. Can't wait to go back!
