I just left Great Clips very unhappy. My stylist was Christina. I asked for just a little trim to cut the dead ends off. I understood going in my hair was very damaged and needed a lot taken off, but I was going to do it in small sessions.(I have short hair. almost pixie cut ish). The first initial cut was perfect. I asked how much more it would have to take off for more dead ends. She showed me and told me an inch, and I was very hesitant. She kept reiterating that it would make my hair so much healthier and so on. I did not say yes because I was still unsure. She went ahead and snipped away, and was I am well aware over an inch. I tried to say something before she cut but I didn't have much time to. I made a comment about how short it was and how I wasn't happy with it, and she again said it would be better. From then on she took MORE off, and it was clearly shown I was unhappy. No word on how she could fix it, it was just really frustrating. I agree my hair feels better but it WAY shorter than I wanted. And at the end paying, she handed me my receipt to sign. She stood very close across the counter and watched me write down the total. I did not want to tip her because I don't think it was deserved, but I was so uncomfortable about her being so close eagle eyeing it. I will never come back here. I've had good experiences at other Great Clips, but this was a disaster.

Visiting here from Virginia. Have had my hair cut at Great Clips 4 times now. Each time was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this salon.

Went in to get quite a bit cut off. Just wanted one basic solid length cut, people were nice however was not asked if I wanted my hair thinned out by the razor and it was done before I even knew what she was doing. I haven't had my hair thinned out in over 10 years cause it damages hair more than helps, I wanted to keep my hair thick so for that reason I regret getting my hair cut at all now. It has pieces that stick out all over due to being thinned out by a razor. Cant go back in time but really think they need to ask before they just do it.

I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times the experience was very rushed but the haircuts were nice. The 3rd time however the haircut was terrible! The stylist was nice but the haircut was uneven, large chunks were missing around my face and I am not able to wear my hair straight, curly is the only way to hide the terrible cut. I reached out to customer service and was contacted a week later by Brittany. She claimed to be sorry and said she was sending a free cut coupon in the mail that day. 3 weeks later and I have not received it. Per her request I sent in photos of the cut and requested a refund for what I paid and she ignored me. I expected much more from the “GM”. I am completely dissatisfied with this location and will be sure to spread the word about the poor quality and service I had here.
